Dr. Mark Laycock is a Professor of Music at Wichita State University, where he holds the Ann Walenta Faculty of Distinction Endowed Professorship. He has been recognized with the WSU Excellence in Creative Activity Award and the College of Fine Arts Excellence in Teaching Award. He serves as Director of Orchestras and Coordinator of Strings. Dr. Laycock is a member of the Board of Directors of the Midwest International Band and Orchestra Clinic; he serves as Chair of Orchestra Activities.

Dr Anita Collins is an award-winning educator, researcher and writer in the field of brain development and music learning. She is internationally recognized for her unique work in translating the scientific research of neuroscientists and psychologists to the everyday parent, teacher and student. Over the last two years Anita has interviewing close to 100 researchers in labs across the US, Canada, Europe and Australia so she can share the most up to date research with educators. Increasingly Anita is being invited to provide expert opinion on education, creativity, strategic direction and innovation. Anita is founder of Bigger Better Brains, an education program for the global music education community about the application of neuromusical research.

In 2014-2015, Miss Robinson was named Indiana Jazz Educator of the Year, by the Indianapolis Jazz Foundation, and in 2015 was named Noblesville Teacher of the Year, for Noblesville Schools. Currently, she also serves as Past-President of the Indiana Jazz Educators Association, where she created All-District Jazz Band in 2015, which is an annual event in Indiana. In 2019, she was awarded her second and final Lilly Creativity Grant, traveling to Salvador and Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, to learn more about her family history and study Samba, Chorro, and Bossa Nova genres.
